Late Arrival:
Please contact the studio via text to let us know if you think you’ll be running late. We allow a 5 minute grace period for a late arrival. This means you must be in the chair no later than 5mins. The appointment will be cancelled if the time exceeds more than 5mins and a late cancellation fee will be applied.
Cancellation:
All cancellations must be made at least 24hrs prior to the appointment. Please cancel through our booking app or the link via email. A cancellation less than 24hrs prior to the scheduled appointment will result in a late cancellation fee.
Late Cancellation:
Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the service (also including a 4% processing fee).
No-Shows:
Unfortunately we do not tolerate no-shows. 100% of the booked service will be charged to the card on file (including a 4% processing fee).
Extra Guests:
Our studio is definitely a vibe, however it is not accommodating for a hangout spot. So we just asks to keep extra guests at home.
Sick:
Please reschedule your appointment if you’re not feeling well. We totally will understand! We know how important your nail appointment is, however we don’t play the coodie game.
Previous Technicians Work:
Unfortunately we do not offer removals or any services on previous technicians work.
If you are a New Client please come with bare nails!
**Any client coming in with another techs work, the appointment will be cancelled and the Late Cancellation fee will be applied.
Payment:
Cash, Apple Pay, Debit/Credit (4% processing Fee).
